24.01.2022 So how does Early Intervention work? The idea of early intervention is to train the brain, ideally while young before ‘faulty behaviour’ patterns settle in. For all children, learning occurs by doing. Neural pathways are made and strengthened by use so we can ‘train our brains’ away from autistic behaviour by intervening at an early age. The more time a child spends engaging in useful behaviour, which is logical and anxiety free, the more this behaviour will dominate during their development and be adopted as they get older. Providing early intervention through a structured program allows autistic behaviour to be phased out, while normal behaviour is phased in.

22.01.2022 Objective of Early Intervention ? Your child has been identified as having developmental delays (learning delays) and faulty / abnormal processing in some language and communication areas. They may or may not have been diagnosed as having autism or ASD (autism spectrum disorder). Completing an early intervention will help to re-track this faulty developmental pattern towards a more normal regular pattern of development and ideally completely re-track their learning processes ...with those of other children of the same age. In any case, following an early intervention program will help your child develop new learning styles and behaviour which will greatly help them in their future educational progress. Early intervention aims to make up the gaps in the developmentally delayed areas and re-balance developmental processes at an early stage ie. before or during primary school.

14.01.2022 Hi friends, If you would like an information session about how to design as successful early intervention from autism for your child, presented to your mothers group, group of friends, or individual family, please note the following. My knowledge and experience about running an early intervention from autism is exactly what I learnt when providing this program, based on books I read, short courses I completed and online information, plus my own interpretation of this as a b...iologist and academic researcher. If you would like to engage me to help you or your group develop your early intervention programs, and look to see if I have a blue card for working with children, you will be able to see that my blue card, granted in 2015 was later taken off me because of my being listed on a DVO. I was listed on a DVO for becoming irate with my daughters father, whom I provided an early intervention program for, because he will not allow my daughter to see me or speak to me and by that time, he had failed to comply with the family court orders to provide her to see me for several years in a row. (The DVO has now also been removed). Please be assured I am not a child molester or any danger to you or your children in any way and I would be happy to provide you any ideas or advice I can, about providing an excellent intervention for your child. Not having a current blue card does not stop me from working with children if invited to do so, or of being a suitable parent and advisor and carer for other people. I would welcome the opportunity to share my knowledge experiences and resources about early intervention with you as I am very proud of how well Lillians intervention went. She is now a successful highschooler and recently got an A in Japanese. Please feel free to contact me to get a copy of my book about Lillians successful early intervention from autism, or to invite me to give an information presentation to your group. Cheerio

02.01.2022 The Early Intervention Method The method of early intervention promoted on this page is the provision of 20hours per week of structured activity over two years. Parents are advised to develop a daily and weekly timetable of activities which includes 20 hrs per week of structured activity and then adhere closely to this timetable.... My daughter (Lillian) made an incredible recovery from adverse symptoms of autism using this method, so I recommend it because - it works!!!!
01.01.2022 What is Early Intervention ? Early intervention is simply a program of activity followed during a child’s early years, preferably being started before a child begins their primary school. Ideally this early intervention should begin and be completed before the child begins primary school, and from as young as 2years old but could in theory be attempted after beginning school, after age 5 and continue on until the desired result is achieved. For all purposes an early intervention program is best attempted before your child is 5years old. But for the purposes of this explanation, an early intervention takes 2 years to complete.
