There are a lot going on and many of us may feel the individual or collective fear, anger, grief or any emotions. I would love to acknowledge here for whatever emotions are arising. I would love to let you know that it is tota...lly ok, let them come, let yourself feel them, you don't have to always have your shit together. Then observe them without analyse, just watching them flow like you are sitting next to the emotion river bank and offer them to mother earth, to become our nutrient of new birth. It is the transition point now and I am also in this learning with you. For my most heartfelt offering that I recorded a sound journey meditation to share with you as a gift at this angelic 444 day. If you are willing to join the journey: 1.Please make yourself a quiet and comfortable place. No other interruptions 2.Drink some water that would help the sound travel better inside your body. 3.Close your eyes and take 5 slow slow slow deep breaths into the belly button then release. 4.It is good to make some noise when you are breathing out since that helps us to connect with the body. 5. After the horrible bush fire happened, we gather, we sing, we surrender into the unpredictable then raise again from the flame, rebirth into the stronger. I felt so touched from the tree and the attendees, their vulnerability, their trust and they opened up to us. Rested into the life experience. Thank you for bring me such beautiful experience.... I have set up this page for about a year but never really feel dare to publish it because the voice inside myself told me that I m not good enough. I believe it’s most of our bad wolf inside us.
