19.01.2022 Israel spent 40 years in the wilderness and we are told in 1 Cor. 10 that their story is given as an example for us. We all are travelling through the wilderness of this world. Their story is meant to inspire our story. Their story has dangers and warnings for us. Their wilderness experience points to the ultimate wilderness experience of Christ hanging on a cross. If Jesus came back from the dead, then everything he said is true. If Jesus came back from the dead, then one day we will too.... If Jesus came back from the dead, then the gospel truly is the greatest message the world has ever known. "For God so loved this world that he gave his one and only Son so that whoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life." This is my (Joel's) Easter talk for my Church and for all of you this Sunday. May God bless you today in Jesus' name.
