I was recommended the following "Broken Brain" series as I had a head injury over a year ago and I still have some of the symptoms of post concussion syndrome and so I resonated with this. 08.01.2022 I have not posted much for quite a while as I have been having a break from social media/media etc. I have been and continue to do lots of healing work offline for the planet, people and animals. 5 MINUTE SUGGESTION As a lot of people are feeling like the below picture at present. Give this a try and let me know how you go. ... Imagine yourself stepping into the shower of bright blue light. Allow the light to wash and cleanse away any heaviness or darkness from in and around your body, starting from the top of your head slowly down your body, all the way to below your feet. Imagine it all being washed down the drain & see your body fully covered in this vibrant blue light, soothing, calming and healing every cell in your body & energy around you!
