22.01.2022 THIS ONE'S A MUST READ: I just took a few minutes of quiet to take in the latest newsletter from Upstairs Coaching by my long-time friend and coaching whiz, Alex Kingsmill. This is one of the few newsletters I subscribe to because Alex has a way of getting to the heart of the situation...where all good self-improvement occurs. I'm loving this line of questioning about procrastination: If you find yourself procrastinating, simply ask yourself: "Am I procrastinating because I think this action could reveal my inadequacies or lead to my undoing?" So powerful. How much do we put off because of fear and how much potential remains undiscovered? It's worth thinking about. #upstairscoaching #procrastination #overcomingprocrastination

05.01.2022 This Libra full moon is all about relationships. Given that we are all in close quarters at the moment, balance and compromise will be key. Rather than seeing tension, choose to look for the positives in your relationships. You might be surprised by what you experience, what you gain and what you learn about someone else. Don't forget full moons are always about letting go. What would you like to loosen the reins on at this time?
