16.01.2022 I hope this post will inspire few people :) I have been working out a lot and looking after myself a bit more than I used to. I changed my diet, some of my habits and I even changed some friendships. It has been a long process of learning about self love! I guess I am still in the process. Saying that, today I received my third ticket at the gym. They choose 4 people per class to give the ticket. These tickets go to the hardest workers in class. I’m so proud of my self right ...now! You can also be what ever you want to be, healthier, skinnier (in my case), happier etc! . Do you give enough self love to yourself? . Trust me!
