12.01.2022 Does your work cause you pain? Of the muscular variety that is! One of the biggest contributors to muscle strain, fatigue and pain is poor workstation set up and work practices that encourages sub-optimal postures and muscle loading. There's really no need to put up with this! In addition to hands-on muscular pain soothing (Ahhh!), I also carry out ergonomic assessments at workplaces to help support better posture and work practices with the aim of preventing work becoming a pain!
