14.01.2022 This card, Wren, is from one of my favourite packs The Druid Animal Pack. If you look at the card it shows a beautiful little bird feathering her nest to protect what she has built and what she loves; her dreams, if you will. She is perched on a branch, which depending on how she looks at it, could either be strong and stable or rickety and bendy. In the distance a storm is brewing and again, according to the Wrens perception, could be threatening and dangerous or sh...e could be feeling safe, secure and grateful for her sanctuary while the storm rages about her. Our perspective can bring about great things, change, clarity, success and fulfilment or it could keep us stagnant and longing for the freedom to live our dreams. Do we take the chance of believing in ourselves, or do we wait til we feel safer? Sometimes it most definitely is safer and/or better to wait we would know this if we had confidence and faith in our judgement. The Wren is already standing on the rickety and bendy branch thats how shes come this far. The forest around her will protect her from the storm. So should she take flight and move on or should she have faith in herself and her ability to build something strong? How threatening is the storm? How strong is her branch? Its all a matter of perspective. Are these obstacles real or are they something blown out of proportion? I look at this card and I see a strong, intuitive, capable soul ready to take on the world. Dont let little things become big things. Dont let fear and lack of confidence (the storm and the branch) define who you are and what you can accomplish.
