10.01.2022 I asked Mum Nelly about the celebration/ceremony on December 21 2020 ... I mentioned that some were saying it was for Anangu only while others (non indigenous) ...were hoping to contribute in some way ... What were her thoughts ? ... "Unity" she said ... "It's time to come together and learn from one another... No more separation We are one New Way No more old way Old way doesn't work" She went to explain the Anangu have their sacred ground around the rock, off limits to tourists ...
