17.01.2022 I just received the most beautiful testimonial from Sabine who had the most beautiful breakthrough around swimming in water! "I was first introduced to Kinesiology a few months ago and found it difficult to believe the amazing changes which could unfold probably because I am a very rational person by trade! My reason for visiting Mashenka initially was to help me with an allergy to iodine in cold water (at least, this is how mainstream medicine labelled it many years ago w...hen first diagnosed), and I found that Kinesiology not only helped resolve my health issues, but also somehow had far reaching effects on my emotional state. What my body revealed during the session were feelings of stress, anxiety and loss of control when in salt water / open ocean. I have been reacting to salt water for the last 20 years of my life. I could not go for more than few minutes in the water without triggering a rash all over my body or worse a faint episode on the beach. I somehow accepted this and worked around my condition by waiting for my loved ones and friends on the side-line to avoid any reactions. Needless to say, how frustrated I felt considering I absolutely love to swim!! During the first session, we discovered an event when I was 14/15 years old that had triggered these allergic reactions for me, and I recalled for the first time how this event had framed my beliefs about my abilities to swim or stay in salt water / open ocean. Mashenka worked on this in the session until my body told us it had healed itself by working on the underlying emotions which had triggered this reaction. I could not believe what I was hearing how could it? How, after 20 years, could I be healed? I went for a swim in the ocean a couple of days later and I had absolutely no reaction whatsoever. I felt a sense of freedom for the first time in my life. I suddenly felt my body was in control, I felt grounded and at pace with myself with renewed strength, understanding and confidence. 04.01.2022 I am honoured and delighted to share that I have been awarded Top Ten Energy Healers 2020 by Energy Healer Magazine!!!This is the second year in a row! Not many of you know this but I actually started my career in the sector of development aid. I lived and worked in Africa on a variety of development aid projects. I obtained a masters degree with honours and I was trained as a mediator. I have always been passionate about making a difference. ... I have worked across different continents. When I moved to Australia I was looking to find an Australian flavour to my skillset and I landed up working in corporate stakeholder engagement and change management. But my heart was not filled. It was only when I had my sons that I formally choose to follow the path of being a healer. I solidified my toolkit as kinesiologist and later became trained in Spinal Flow. It is such a privilege to be able to be of service to humanity at such challenging times in our history. I love that I have toolkits that can help young and old. People in pain and people in a growth mindset! I am so blessed that I get to make a difference I truly want to thank all my beautiful clients for their nomination and beautiful testimonials.
