07.01.2022 For 2021 I wanted to offer a work/playshop that enables us all to empower ourselves, shake off the shackles, and build strength in our bodies and resilience in our minds. This 2hr workshop offers basic Hatha and Iyengar principles of alignment to polish your asana (physical) practice, whilst highlighting ways of eliminating risks. Injury secretly occurs over long periods of time, therefore we take time to pause and review our practice with a clear lens and together, safely na...vigate through your yoga journey. It's suitable for beginners and general yoga's to explore key functional practices. Spaces are limited so reserve your spot and journey with me.
