24.01.2022 MORNING MOOD GOOD MORNING! I hope this Saturday morning is doing you all well! Here’s a little snapshot of what my morning looks like 9 times out of 10 ... It’s 10 o’clock and I can happily say I’ve: - Had my morning nutrition - Workout completed - Post workout fuel consumed - Attended coach training - Personal development/morning reading - Lunch and snacks packed for the day ahead - And now in a car on the way to the grandfinal let’s go Jtown thirds Morning rituals are so great to have, even on the weekend! I know lots of you want to kickstart back into healthy habits and the mindset you were in pre-covid. Personally I love that our community can help with that! People get back on track and instil great habits so hideen* However, on top of that you’ve seen the results in my feed. They are continually occurring, and big or small the wins are so great! And moving further along, I think the biggest thing I love is the lifestyle I’ve seen be created within our community and personally with my nutrition and health! Never before have I had such a healthy relationship with food and never felt so good from nourishing my body with food. Honestly the results come from loving the process, because if you love the way you live healthily then how can the results NOT proceed! The process is so simple, the results is are so good and the lifestyle is so wholesome. I’m also so excited because tonight I’m having a wood fired pizza and it’s going to be amazing! 24.01.2022 COOKIE DOUGH BALLS These are amazing! I whipped them up and I think they are my favourite treat now!! I’m totally meal prepping them again for my little trip away coming up! Having those treats and high protein snacks prepared is so important. It means you don’t go reaching for the wrong thing because you can’t be bothered whipping up something decent for yourself. This is also why incorporating healthy treats into your weekly meal prep is a little hack; because it m...eans when those cheeky little cravings come you can have something nutritionally dense that hits the spot! Have a go yourself (does include product): - 1/3 cup F1 cookies and cream shake mix - 3/4 cup almond meal - 1/4 cup shredded coconut - 3 scoops of PPP (personalised protein powder - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup coconut oil - 2 Tbsp Mayer’s peanut butter Delicious!

Let's all energise lifting our mindset & vibes for the rest of this weekend and even tonight. ... No matter what situation you find yourself in this weekend whether it’s in iso @home or out and about, there’s always little ways can nail your weekend. Here’s a cheeky choc-chip cookie recipe for all of my clients!. You may even have time to whip it up tonight! - 1/4 cup melted coconut oil - 1 tsp vanilla essence - 2 tbsp almond milk - 1/3 cup cookies and cream F1 shake - 3/4 cup almond meal - 3 tbsp buckwheat flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1/4 cup coconut sugar - crack of sea salt - 1/4 cup PPP (or to make it double choc use 1/4 cup cacao or dutch chocolate F1 shake) - 1/3 cup chopped 70% dark chocolate Also to my Melbourne peeps if you are within 5km of a nutrition club I highly recommend getting down there, for your daily health fix! The recipes and meal prep (this mocha cheesecake was one of them ), the mindset tips and the tricks that were shared over the zoom call was exactly what I needed after the cheeky Easter holiday. 18.01.2022 FOCUS When your focus goes your energy flows. This is so important with lots going on around us right now. What did you think about as soon as you woke up this morning? Worrying about the day? Things to get done? Often we can start the day on the back foot without even conciously realising it.... Let's shift our focus for the rest of the day to what we CAN do in any scenario that may be causing us stress, what we can appreciate & be grateful for, and finally how we hold ourselves as good humans along the way. Don't let distractions through you off course from living this great day. Happy wednesday!

18.01.2022 WITHSTAND THE CHALLENGES... Good morning on this beautiful sunny Sunday! I just wanted to share with you word of wisdom that resonates with me and correlates with the personal development gold from last nights awesome event! Firstly, I’m so grateful and appreciative for our community and especially Emily and Marc Rovere for being the solid foundation and the amazing mentors that they are! ... They’ve had some massive mountains to climb this year and yet, the boundaries they are breaking and the personal growth and business development they are reaching is insane and entirely deserving! But quick check how are you going? Have you had some big mountains of your own on the horizon this year, month or week? There’s always obstructions and challenges that stall us in life and on our journey. Have confidence, source information and advice and you can conquer the mountains. And as much it may seem ideal to stop, momentum is progression and development and thus the only way to grow as a person is by enduring it, riding with the punches and by doing something about it. 17.01.2022 GAPS What are you reaching for in the gaps of your day? Are you filling those gaps with more and more caffeine? Sugary snacks? Or not eating at all?... For optimum energy and wellness, the goal is to feed your body the nutrients that it needs over the course of the entire day... 15.01.2022 HAPPY HUMP DAY Hello beautiful people!! It’s the middle of the week how’s your hydration going this week? Hitting your targets? Need to improve it for the remainder of the week? With this warmer weather here and more to come, staying hydration is so important. My chosen drink today is our açai berry and aloe. Yummo! ... On another note, I’m about to start lifeguarding again at my local pool for the summer/season! I’m so keen! We have amazing new facilities this year and it’s going to be awesome! I’ve been down at the pool all day cleaning and preparing for opening on Saturday! (on that note, sorry if I haven’t replied to my messages yet today). All I can say is this year in the job I’ll be glad to have my nutrition on track and my body fuelled optimally throughout the hot summer days and the long working hours! I can’t wait to start swimming again too! It’s definitely a good but different type aerobic fitness. What are you looking forward to most about this summer?

15.01.2022 COLD-HYDROTHERAPY Have you ever heard someone say there have a cold shower every morning, and you think they just be crazy? Well there’s many benefits of cold water immersion/hydrotherapy: ... Here’s a little insight that you can take into your week and maybe try and in portage into your morning routine if you’re game enough Cold water in the morning is known to increase your heart rate and metabolism and help you to become more mentally alert and boost your mood. The benefits come about because it’s bodies response to the extreme conditions. - The body has to work harder to maintain a stable body temperature so the heart rate and your metabolism increases. - The increased heart rate and metabolism then leads to increased mental alertness. - The increased adrenaline in the body and endorphins in the brain can also be linked to the mood boosting effects. Cold-hydrotherapy is also perfect to reduce pooling of blood in the muscles to reduce soreness of muscles. This is great for physical recovery but also for relaxation and reduced pain of your muscles. This Sunday morning I jumped in our pool here at Jerilderie and whilst the pool is open I plan to do this for that kick start to my day! This might not be your style but maybe trying dialling the tap in the cold direction for 30 seconds or 1 minute in your shower in the morning for some invigorating effects.

13.01.2022 FAITH A twist on the whole you can do anything if you believe concept... There’s has to be a level of faith when you wish or desire for something. That spiritual/mindset connection that you subconsciously tune into you immerse yourself in the electrical activity of the brain and the rapid thoughts come in on how you will make it happen. ... The bible says we will recieve whatever we ask for in prayer as long as we believe. Come to know our father in Heaven and be blessed by his glorious will for your life and the blessings he has planned for your life. Let him ignite your fire and when you pray you can move mountains!

08.01.2022 21-DAYS OF MY IDEAL LIFESTYLE Last week we wrapped up our 21-day challenge and I’m not stopping there... I’m loving my journey so much and I just want to share this little bit of progression with you all. Each day I have a plan with my nutrition, with my business and with my studying and yes it can be hectic but it’s also so great to have so much support and structure around me! Our community and resources are amazing and you really get the full feel of that in our 2...1-day challenges. I’m so grateful for our community and all the support and motivation they’ve added into my life! If you’re feeling a bit down due to corona and/or in iso, or even if you’re going great but want those extra results then LISTEN UP!! I always find I refine things a little more each challenge! Thank you 21 days but I’m not stopping now... more gains to come! It was also so good to have a group of my own clients in it with me as well! 07.01.2022 ASK YOURSELF All your priorities at the moment do they resonate with where you see yourself or what you want to be doing in 10 years time? If not then why are you stressing over, and putting so much time and effort into it. That sounds blunt and to the point but it’s a reality of life. The things you focus on and put effort into daily are the things that will flourish and thrive by giving it your attention. ... Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years time? If you can answer that and if you have distractions in your lifestyle that are making that goal less of a priority then reprioritise and start fuelling and nourishing the life you want to live.

07.01.2022 PROGRESS I am sure I am not the only one that gets confused with what day it is, and when life could possibly go back to 'normal' The real key for myself and what we have been helping our clients with is creating some structure and healthy routine amongst this unusual time. With structure and routine, comes a feeling of progression. We need this feeling as humans as it helps to contribute to our happiness. ... 06.01.2022 QUICK AND EASY Healthy doesn’t have to be hard! One of my tips:... Meal prep - It might seem pointless for some. But... if you’re a busy person or even if you’re someone that may have time to cook dinner when they get home from work but more often then not you find yourself too buggered to do so, then meal prep is a game changer. Literally, find some awesome recipes, whip them up on Sunday or a free day during the week, portion it out anddddd viola done for a few days maybe even the week?!! Check out this meal that took me 12 minutes to cook and I even counted ahaha. All I had to do was prep the salmon and the rest was ready to go .

06.01.2022 SEPTEMBER What is one thing you are grateful for that has come your way last month? Sure we are not through the Corona fog yet... but there is always something we can choose to be grateful for. Plenty of sunny days...... Our health... Our family... It's always a choice which perspective we bring & energise. 05.01.2022 WHOLEFOOD DINNER Dinner is so important it helps to refuel the body and the bodies energy stores. More importantly a balanced and wholefood dinner is the best! Making sure you have a dinner with carbohydrates, a source of protein, a colourful arrangement of vegetables and some healthy fats is what makes up a balanced and healthy dinner. ... Your protein is good for muscle recovery and maintenance and keeping you nice and lean and fuller for longer. The more muscle you have the faster your metabolism burns too! Carbohydrates are important to ingest because they give the body it’s main source of energy especially your brain and they can contribute to fat burning during sleep! Plus they actually stimulate sleep- inducing hormones in the brain which helps for a better sleep too. Healthy Fats support the growth of every cell in our body and are required for the absorption of certain vitamins and also needed for hormone regulation. Which also has a major impact on ones gut health. And lastly the colourful display of vegetables/fruit supplies the body with a range of vitamins and minerals as well as dietary fibre with is essential for our cells’ nourishment and again gut health. Your body will respond so well to a good meal because simply put: it needs macro and micro nutrients to complete normal bodily functions but on top of that if you’re fuelling your body right you can also get into the best shape of your life!

02.01.2022 DON’T MISS YOUR MOMENT Have you ever got to the point where you think: I should’ve done this ages ago! Don’t let your health and wellness be one of those moments of realisation. Have fun and enjoy being healthy whilst still enjoying all that life has to offer; friends, family, holidays, events (when we can start having them again) and work. ... It was only just last night I was talking to a client of mine who is really comfortable with what I’m eating and also feeling really strong. I love these results because it shows how amazing it is to just go about life being genuinely healthy and not missing out or missing a second of the goodness in it. Be healthy for yourself today, live that healthy life you’ll be proud of later down the track! Don’t be the one in a years time that says I should’ve done that.
