25.01.2022 No class today but I had a great morning with my beautiful wife Natalie and my awesome son Jackson at Noosa main beach. Arrived at the beach at 6 and did a bit of a walk and stretch for warm up and then did two beach runs up to the mouth of the Noosa river and back. Finished with Yoga. Then we did the serious stuff. Yep body surfing for for an hour. I love family day. Everyone should take time out of regular training to spend with family or friends. Have a great day.

22.01.2022 Carolyn has just finished her first 3 month test since starting with MBG Sunshine Coast and "WOW" what a great night of testing it was. Absolutely blitzed her her start up test. Stronger in upper and lower body pushing and pulling, more stability, stronger core and much more coordinated and balanced. Well done Carolyn. We are proud of you. Now to plot your course for the next three months.

Muddrunners is a great team building event held once a month in Montville. It's a mini tough Mudder course approx 2k course with at least a dozen obstacles. Good clean dirty fun.

A very deceiving workout when you look at it on the board. 5 rounds of: 20 sec afap on the power wheel or bear crawl 30 sec of skipping amap singles or double unders snatches L&R as many as possible. ... This one will show you what your mental toughness is like. 15-20-25-30-25-15-10 (30 min)of the following: X burpees X squat to wall chest pass 10,20, or 30lb ball... 13.01.2022 The MBG gang were at it again this morning banging out heavy sets of dead clean push press. They all put in another sterling effort using their heaviest weight for sets of 3-5 reps. Great to watch. I get inspired when I see them achieving goals and putting in 100%. Great work gang.

The crew turn up, we have a laugh or six and then the MBG crew continue the fun with another 100% effort in a bootcamp style workout. For their efforts today I give them 5 out of 5 . Love those guys and gals. Always a great bunch of people. Now if I could just bottle that enthusiasm I would sell it and be a millionaire.

06.01.2022 A great session was had by all in this mornings workout. Lots of skipping and I must say everyone's skipping has come a long way since they started. Great effort by everyone and their form was great. I noted a few times that people were stopping to rest instead of trying to continue with bad form and balance. I am really happy about that because it means they have listened to my instructions and now know that good form rules over everything else. Great work gang.
