Heres just a handful of insights from the book... 1. In most service businesses, youre not just selling your expertise. Youre selling your relationship with the person. If they dont like you they wont like what you offer.... 2. In positioning your business, dont try to hide your small size. Make it work by stressing your advantages such as being more responsive and providing individual attention. 3. Beware of competing for the lowest price.
