20.01.2022 Plant based eating done simply Sweet potato fritters, greens, avocado + kimchi. Is eating more whole, plant based foods something you are interested in but don’t know where to start?... A Nutritionist can take the guess work out of whole food eating for you, make recommendations and a plan of attack to help met your nutritional needs and guide and support you on your health goals Sweet potato + potato fritter recipe~ 250g Sweet potato, peeled + grated 250g White Potato, peeled + grated 2 eggs whisked 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp onion powder Salt + Pepper Coconut oil for light frying Place sweet potato’s in a nut bag, tea towel or cloth and squeeze excess water out. Transfer to a large bowl. Add eggs, seasoning and mix well. In a fry pan on medium heat, melt a little oil. Use a 1/4 cup to scoop out fritter batter. Press lightly to form a fritter in the pan, repeat. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 5 or until golden brown. These fritters are also enjoyed cold the next day or lightly heated in the oven. Add your favourite toppings, enjoy!

16.01.2022 10 minute green meal Hemp pesto pasta 1/2 cup hemp seeds... 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 2 handfuls baby spinach (or mixed greens) 1 handful basil leaves 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (or macadamia nuts + nutritional yeast) 1 garlic clove 2 Tbsp lemon juice 2 Tbsp olive oil S + P Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender, add more oil if needed. Add to your favourite zucchini noodles or pasta

Loved this design brief for a #dairyfree #glutenfree #refinedsugarfree carrot cake It’s filled with apple purée and pineapple juice for the sweeter and lots of carrot, pineapple chunks, pistachios and walnuts.... The icing is a beautiful balance of sweet potato purée, cashews and zesty lemon and finished off with candied cinnamon walnuts and pistachios. I hope this cake is enjoyed just as much as I loved making it
