13.01.2022 This is part one of my testimony. 8 years ago my finger nails stopped growing and became fragile, brittle, broken, split and flaking. I carried clippers and a n...ail file to repair my nails daily. Following a shower,my soft nails would break and split. I tried taking fish oil and MSM with little or no result. Ingredients: 1 medium very ripe banana 1 cup dry gluten-free oats cup non-dairy milk cup liquid egg whites 1 tablespoon avocado oil teaspoon vanilla extract teaspoon baking powder Pinch sea salt Pinch cinnamon (optional) Directions: Add all ingredients to a small blender and process until smooth. (If you like an oat-y texture, pulse-blend until well combined, but some texture remains). Coat a large skillet or griddle with cooking spray and heat over medium-low. Using a heaping tablespoon measure, scoop 4-5 pancakes onto the cooking surface. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden. Repeat with remaining batter. Top with fresh fruit, cinnamon, extra bananas or pure maple syrup, if desired (and well-tolerated). To make porridge In a saucepan One Banana Mashed 2 heaped dessert spoons Coconut mixture. 1/3 cup Almond Milk Add some berries Heat for about 3 minutes to heat through.
