23.01.2022 Vitamins are a good way to boost your health. But to improve the results even more, consider them as a foundation to build a wider healthy lifestyle. Eating well, exercising regularly, and hydrating daily compliment the nutrient boost vitamins offer. Incorporating these healthy habits ensures your body is supported in all areas and it can really thrive. Things to keep in mind when taking vitamins:... Do your research! Many cheap brands contain fillers, binders and other inferior ingredients. Don’t base your choice on what someone else is taking. Everyone is different- what works for one doesn’t always work for others. Do consult your healthcare practitioner if you are unsure and feel you are deficient in a vitamin. This is especially important if you are pregnant or are currently on any long term medications. #vitamins #wellbeing #healthylifestyle #dotheredesrch #healthybody

23.01.2022 Meal planning puts us in the control seat to make sure the body is fueled with nutrient dense foods everyday to support our entire immune system. ... Setting aside scheduled time to create a meal plan for the week ahead might take 30 minutes or more initially, but by doing so, a lot of time will be saved through the week. Having a meal plan in place can shift a chaotic situation in the kitchen at home from reaction to responding. If you already have a meal to prepare it will make it stress free. - Knowing what you are going to cook for dinner before getting home after such a busy day and feeling tired and hungry, diverts pre-dinner snacking on poor quality food. We spend more money when making multiple visits to the supermarket per week as opposed to going once a week. Reducing good costs, money saved on groceries makes it available for other financial needs. Making it a habit of shopping from the meal plan results in less food wastage. This supports personal budgets and our planet #mealplanning #nutrition #prepare #nostresszone #nowaste #savemoneytips
