22.01.2022 HAPPY FRIDAY How was everyone’s week? R u ok? I have found that I have settled into life at home for the most part. I have felt less stressed, by not constantly listening to the updates like we did last week! And have accepted that we must stay home & are now making the most of our situation ... We have established a new normal home routine & family walks have become a welcome daily addition. There’s always a silver lining, and although it’s incredibly challenging to actually get work done and teach/supervise children at home at the same time....we have found slow mornings a joy to not rush off to school/work. If you are finding it hard during this time please reach out for some support, arrange a time to chat with a friend, speak to your doctor or health care provider....remember you don’t have to suffer alone. 21.01.2022 WALKING INTO THE WEEKEND LIKE The last weekend until schools back for us here in WA! The school holidays may have looked very differently this break, but I have enjoyed the slower simple pace of home life and getting tasks completed that kept being put off. We had trips planned, like many that were cancelled. From Melbourne and Karratha flights cancelled to local trips to Bridgetown & Rottnest. It made us realise just how much our small family travels & how nece...ssary it was to close the boarders during this time to help stop the spread. Pick up the phone to call or FaceTime/video call if you can Our kids were up early while it was still dark and enjoyed their Easter egg hunt, master 11 read his little brother their new books and they waited patiently after their breakfast until it was 7am to get stuck into their eggs!! ... It’s the little rituals that kids enjoy the most. Stay safe and try not to eat all your eggs in one day

02.01.2022 Aren’t they just the sweetest boys?! in this picture anyway! In all honesty it has been nice to not rush and settle in to home school life and create our own little routine that works for us. We have started the days slower, spent time outside in the garden, online learning, board games....and yes tv (more than I’d like!). I am now feeling optimistic and positive with our new normal life. There were tears and sleepless nights in the last couple of weeks, with uncertainty ...and family members potentially being stuck overseas...but all is good and I’m starting to feel myself again. How is everyone else coping? Feel free to dm me if you want to chat . I was also sad to have to say good bye to many clients that I have been treating for years, but only temporarily! ... now I’m starting to feel more energised and excited about moving my business for the time being entirely online. I’ll be carving out some time next week for work, while also home schooling the kids and I’m excited to be sharing some new offerings and ways that I can support you during this time feeling grateful (even in this crappy time!) to have a safe home to shelter my kids and to have the time to do the things I enjoy at home. So rather than focusing on our fears and what ifs, let’s be proactive in our approach.... Here are simple ways to support your health & well-being right now: stay home and create a relaxing home environment that is joyful to be in. Decluttering, playing music & diffusing essential oils in every room is the top of my list! wash your hands with soap & water regularly, especially before and after you go out to get food shopping. Good hygiene practices, such as removing shoes at the door & washing hands immediately when you get home is a good routine to implement. Go inward. daily meditation to calm the mind and soothe the soul (download apps for free! Insight timer & 1giant mind are my top picks) get morning sunshine for a healthy vitamin D dose to support hormones and boost immunity. 20 min minimum daily walk or exercise in fresh air. Eat real food and reduce prepackaged food. Try adding something green to every meal. drink more water if water is too boring add some sliced , herbs and fruit to create your own vitamin water to sip on throughout the day. stay connected. Physically distance yourself, but don’t stop talking to family and friends. Schedule time in your day to connect and talk. What health promoting tips will you incorporate?
