25.01.2022 For a long while I have wanted to say what on my mind - firstly kindness. Society, humans in their relationships need to choose kind. It’s never to late to make a Menze, with a loved one or friend - just pick the phone and call.... For me it’s teaching your children to choose kind always - be kind - breathe kind & to have humility On the weekend we had the opportunity to assist the disabled surfing association successful event functioning on Clarke’s beach Byron Bay - it was incredibly inspiring and #blessed. #grateful #encourage compassion please

18.01.2022 Hello gorgeous - and I say gorgeous but I want to say amazing, beautiful, special mummy and daddy’s that have raised my health 1st for kids bubbas this last 4-5yrs..... I have a something little different to say during this covid crazy - last night amongst my amazing QLD ambulance service, QFS and QPS Colleagues i was one of the first on scene of a horrific traffic accident. Knowing that the QAS knew their duties best, I merely offered my help - I quickly realised while I ...save lives in the emergency department in a controlled environment- these amazing humans do not..... we required the jaws of life and for us unknown to each other, to bind together to achieve one goal - avoid danger, achieve airway, breathing and circulation and fundamentally safety!!!!!!!!! I take my hat off tonight to everyone of you who is staying isolated and home (I and I know that’s tough - especially with little ones) but I take my hat off to you Paramedics - who are first on scene and do the most amazing fing job!!!! Thank you thank you thank you We will make a difference to covid - covid will still happen but we will have each other - But people will continue to drive People will continue to walk - and swim and live And we will continue to need paramedics and emergency services SH. xxxx.

16.01.2022 Happy Mothers Day to all the mummies in the world I am super proud of you all Becoming a Mum when I was a teenager myself was one of the biggest challenges I have faced. ... I then felt that I needed to prove myself to the universe. However, let me share with you being a Mum is such an incredible blessing and some days you’ll think - I can’t do this.... but I assure you - keep going you absolutely can!!!! And the only person you have to answer to is yourself so don’t take on the worlds judgments or concern yourself with comparing yourself to others. Get up everyday and celebrate being you and being an awesome mum! Breakfast dinner is a thing!!! 12.01.2022 That’s a wrap!!! Thank you to all you amazing humans in. Australia for your support,continued love and encouragement! It’s been a huge, challenging but extremely rewarding week! Providing paediatric healthcare to the community of Fiji - along with training, education, simulation to the wonderful medical and nursing staff at the SSSS children’s heart screening centre! My heart feels so blessed that I have been able to make a difference - a child’s smile is the best thing in this world and it’s so incredibly humbling to know your the reason they’re smiling

Tonight signified a night out with my significant team # -Timmy I caught up with these most gorgeous girls One of who Tiah & I lived with (Aunty nikki) while we were becoming nurses one who I love to bits I had the pleasure of being her bridesmaid at her amazing wedding (Angie girl) and one who has been my incredible inspiring mentor since day dot climbing the corporate ladder and who we love Donna But One beautiful lady who had been there every day as my friend....... I have to give thanks. She kept me sane and raise tiah. they are all as important as each other. The important thing is than women support women. I urge each and ever one of you to stand up, support and say NO to domestic violence in any form ... You are missed every day beautiful girl

07.01.2022 The team triaged 207 patients today approx half amazing little humans - they waited for hours in hot sun with smiles on their faces... #amazing - they even danced and clapped in our make shift waiting area with village band!!!

I feel blessed and privileged to be working towards providing free - yes free cardiac surgery to children in the first dedicated paediatric cardiac hospital in the South Pacific. We’re opening that amazing facility in April!!!!! Thank you for having me x

05.01.2022 Hi beautiful people, it’s been a long long time between posts! This post comes with 3 xkey messages - one triggered by the tragic death of Angry Anderson’s, lead singer of Rose Tattoo’s son Liam, a link to me through my Dads years as a roadie to this iconic rockin-roll band! This comes so close to the anniversary death of my beautiful friend Mel who we lost to domestic violence 3yrs ago. Please please please I beg you choose kind!!!! Always. Teach your children violence is... NOT OK!!! EVER! 2 ~ please Support our farmers! While, yes I totally empathise & totally respect allergy, intolerances and choice. Farmers work bloody hard! So many of us take for granted the milk in our fridge, the UGG boots that keep our toes warm through winter (me through summer too ;) and our bread! We are currently in Wirrulla - yep check the map! Today I enjoyed the challenge of tipping a to shear! Did it first go . Remember guys when they say you CAN’T do it! Do it anyway - back and believe in yourself. You have got this!!!! Thirdly, let your little ones explore, get dirty, climb rocks and eat dirt!!! Are we too germ conscious???? I never thought I’d let my baby girl on a motor bike! But as my oldest beautiful daughter would say ~ YOLO! Yes, guys you do only live once! So please wherever you are in this world live, love and be happy! I miss all my patient’s incredibly. Please Let your children experience life - let them live, love, take risk within reason and sometimes eat icecream for breakfast
