22.01.2022 So I may have overindulged quite severely over the Christmas period but I do not feel guilty one bit but in fact quite the opposite!! It's not about what you eat between christmas and New Year that matters really, but what does matter is what you eat between New Years and Christmas (the other 358 days). Every year, like the gazillion other people, I set crazy health goals for my New Years Resolution yet I always fail miserably.
