15.01.2022 We are guiding some of our clients through our Healthy Gut Challenge and seeing fantastic commitment to the program. Teams are working together to earn points by reaching targets in fruit and veg intake, water intake, physical activity and processed food free/ red meat free days. It's great to see the teams come together for our metabolism-boosting interval workouts and finishing 2020 in such a positive way! A mini-challenge this week is to take a 15-20 min walk after every meal. This assists blood glucose regulation, aids digestion and burns energy. Teams (of 4) have walked an average of 841.82km over the past 19 days. Individuals have walked an average of 216.47km each over this period - that's 260,000 total steps - an average of 13,600 steps per day per person!
