17.01.2022 On Monday over in our The Body Mind Life Community - Toowoomba FB group, I talked about trying to uncomplicate and un-think() health, weight loss and exercise. We looked at an uncomplicated way to get moving - walking, stationary bike or treadmill - check out that post - it's really simple, starting with 5 minutes a day! Now I’m going to unveil a simple strength training program, because we all know that added strength training will really boost your weight loss efforts, ri...ght! And BTW ladies, this strength program won't have you looking like Arnie - promise Strength training essentially revolves around a couple of exercises that encompass and train all the muscle groups. These are the squat, deadlift, bench press, back rows, and shoulder press. To gain significant strength while keeping things uncomplicated - three of these exercises, three times a week will work a treat Like cardio, strength training requires you to ease into it slowly. Start with one exercise three times a week, and every two weeks add another exercise >>>> For those who are not interested in heading to the gym and doing your own thing AND still want to keep it simple and manageable - and that's what we've been talking about right??? - classes are a a great option to do all of the above <<<< CONTACT ME TODAY to get started
