American Dr Mark Hyman states that the most common disease in America today, with Australia not far behind is Insulin Resistance, which causes obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, fatty liver, etc., and it is missed by around 90% of doctors. The majority of liver transplants were done because of alcohol cirrhosis and now they are being done because of fatty liver disease, which is cased by fructose and high sugar consumption. Even children as young as 5 are suffering. When you remove high fructose foods and highly processed foods from your diet, your body can begin to heal and chronic disease is drastically reduced.
