18.01.2022 I have created another recipe for a healthy lifestyle after the Complete Fat Release and Detox Program. It is my Pink Salmon and Veg Edamame Bean Pasta This was for 3 people at 325 calories each and was very filling! ... A few things: The sauce and pasta is in the health isle at Coles. You can also get fettuccine if you prefer.(only 2g carbs per serve!). The Keep it Cleaner sauce also comes in a garlic and basil flavour (green label jar). Both really nice! John West pink salmon is a 410g tin. I drained out the water and weighed 240g (which is pretty much 3/4 of the salmon). I added nutritional flakes (great source of B12) and is extra 50 calories per tablespoon. I have also included a photo of all the ingredients you need! It is so delicious (I have made this several times!) and you could omit the salmon for vegetarian/vegans or change up the veggies or choice of protein. 11.01.2022 I created this Cauliflower Rice with Cracked Peppercorn Salmon for the maintenance section of my health program and also as a healthy lifestyle meal for after. This is for 2 servings (hubby loved it!) and is approx 297 calories per serve. Love you to try it....enjoy!... Cauliflower Rice and cracked peppercorn Salmon. INGREDIENTS 1tblspn olive oil 200g cauliflower rice 150g sliced mushrooms 150g washed fresh spinach Tassel cracked peppercorn salmon 2 pack (bought from Coles). INSTRUCTIONS Heat oil in pan and add cauliflower rice and mushrooms and sauté for 10 minutes. Add chopped spinach and cook for further 3 minutes. Add pieces of salmon on top, put on lid and heat salmon for 5 minutes. Serve for 2 and enjoy! I added smoked paprika to the rice and plenty of parsley. add whatever your choice of herbs/spices. I think cauliflower, cherry tomatoes and asparagus are a great combo and will do that next time! #lifestylerecipes #healthymeals

They educate, engage and empower young people, in regards to mental health, mental illness and suicide, conducting school programs, camps, events and fundraisers.
