About this opportunity Reporting to the Administration Manager, as Clinic Leader, you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day management of the clinic, including budgets, reporting, client services, managing clinic performance and KPIs, and provide leadership for up to a couple of direct reports. A core part of this role is managing relationships with our therapists and ensuring their needs are met, and our clients are welcomed and leave feeling connected to Health First Group. Skills and experience *A minimum of 5 years management experience. Previous experience in the allied health industry is preferred but not essential. *A passion for people and the ability to work with other people towards a common goal *High degree of accountability and attention to detail *Maturity in dealing with senior managers *Able to demonstrate initiative to identify opportunities, anticipate problems and take actions to optimise on or rectify such situations *Good customer service experience and skills *Excellent planning, organisation and computer skills with the ability to navigate G-Suite *Able to deal with customer complaints and issues effectively *Ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks *Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders *Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads What we offer This is an exciting opportunity where you can focus on your professional development, while joining a growing network of private clinics in Australia’s second largest industry.
