06.01.2022 Beautiful day... Yes or No -... One of my unforeseen post-cancer changes... I have a driving need to be outside as much as I possibly can. I love days like these because they are great for getting to work via bike (or walking) without getting totally cooked by the subtropical Queensland sun, or drenched in sweat. I am still learning that sunscreen is not optional! - I do not have a fancy bike. I bought mine from Gumtree for $65, it's rusty and the breaks squeak. However, mechanically it's safe and sound, and gets me from point A to point B, or will take me for a cruise just to get out. YOU don't need a fancy bike, or fancy shoes, or anything in particular to get moving. We make this things way more difficult than they need to be, which keeps us from doing anything at all. In all things, done is better than perfect! See more

03.01.2022 Perfect day to run up hills *** How are you moving your body today? *** Movement is movement. It can be hardcore or nice'n'easy. Run up the hill, walk up the hill, skip up the hill, race the kids or the dog... Your body doesn't care if you "work out". It just wants to move!
