23.01.2022 Neil's Fitness Tip! The perfect squat: 1.) Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart with your toes turned slightly outwards in line with your patella. 2.) Take a deep breath in and engage your core muscles, chest facing upwards, start to shift your weight back to your heels while pushing your hips behind you as you squat down. 3.) Continue to lower yourself until your hips are lower than your knee fold. Your feet should remain flat on the ground and your knees... should line up with the path of your toes. 4.) Keep your chest lifted and your feet flat on the floor, now exhale while pushing yourself back up to the standing position. See more

18.01.2022 The photo of me on the left was at my graduation in 2013, I weighed 114 kilos and feeling very self-conscious about my health and well-being. The hairdo was pretty cool, but with suboptimal nutrition and lack of exercise, the inner switch flicked after graduating from school. I decided to study in health and fitness to reach a better quality of life. Push the knees up so that you're resting on the hands... and toes. Keep the abdominals engaged and make sure your body is in a straight line from the head to the heels. (Start on knees for a lower option). 3. Bend the elbows and lower into a push-up until your elbows are at about 90 degrees. See more

There are sports professionals that add a skipping routine to their workouts to improve functional movements like footwork, balance and agility. ... 2.) There are different variations to add when you are confident, such as on leg skipping, running while skipping and if you’re super quick you can have the rope pass twice under your feet before landing. 3.) Pack your skipping rope in your work bag and complete 10 minutes during your lunch break you will be surprised how quick your cardiovascular fitness improves.
