21.01.2022 My garden bed looking luscious and green! Whats growing in it is green manure, plants specifically used to increase biomass and improve the soil quality. After it has grown quite a bit more I will dig it into the soil to prepare the bed for spring. #greenmanure #gardening

13.01.2022 Acai, Berry & Fresh Chamomile Smoothie Bowl Makes two serves Ingredients: -1 c. full fat greek yoghurt -1 c. frozen berries... -2 tsp. @melrosehealth Melrose MCT Oil (Pro Plus) -2 tbsp. gelatin (collagen hydrolysate) powder - enough milk to make it a smooth texture - muesli - fresh chamomile flowers (optional, but pretty) How to: Blend the first 4 ingredients and add enough milk to make a nice thick and smooth texture. Ill put more chamomile and tomatoes in later on. Also planning to put some basil in as well (if it grows). Behind these two rows I have planted cucumbers and a row of beans.
