14.01.2022 My first Bowen treatment was included in a massage. My therapist told me that she had learnt some new moves and suggested that it would help me. I didn't notice much difference but also wasn't sure what I would feel. Some years later I started studying Bowen and realised what the therapist was doing. Since that early "initiation" I have found Bowen to be a very remarkable treatment for myself.
