22.01.2022 I know youre all DYING TO KNOW How my 5 Day Challenge went Transition Me Now! The snapshot version of my 21 DAYS: WEIGHTLOSS TRANSITION program... It was fabulous, and now as I sit back to analyse having done my first 5 day challenge and what worked, what could be done better, I have found out the following: The people in the group are what makes it or breaks it I have the most amazingly supportive group of people who joined me in the challenge. Many of these wonderful people had already joined me in the trial version of my 21 DAYS program They stay, theyre supportive, they understand. They are my ideal people because they help create the love heart around what I do. The material works. I already knew this from working in face-to-face clinic practise for years, but I now have confirmation that it works really well delivered in the format I chose to do online In fact, I really believe its better delivering this content this way online in a group context, than it is face-to-face There is the safety of not feeling the confrontation of having to walk into a clinic There is also the camaraderie of being in a really supportive group where everyone understands where the other is coming from because EVERYONE THERE has struggled to achieve a healthy weight-loss that LASTS EVERYONE here has already tried to lost weight by being on different diets and nothing has worked with any lasting success so things have just got incrementally worse over time Most people in this group have some degree of pain from being overweight, whether that is physical or emotional This program works because it is a journey that takes you OUT of being trapped in the madness of being overweight over a short or a long lifetime. A lifetime is what chronic overweight feels like What I could improve on: I believe that the content for this 5 Day Challenge was more of a complete mini-intensive course than a challenge. I probably over-delivered on the content and value I provided. Im happy about doing that, dont get me wrong, but just as with weight and weight-loss, it all comes down to a question of balance. Its just a matter of getting that balance right and this was the first time Ive run a 5 day challenge. I had amazing support and guidance because I had a team behind me.
