12.01.2022 Food storage tip: If you'll be doing some meal prep over the weekend to freeze for later, be sure to let the food cool in the fridge first Place hot food in the fridge once it has stopped steaming, then once it's cooled to 5C (recommended fridge temperature) you can place it in the freezer.
