In a time of hatred and finger pointing we need to have time-out, otherwise we will be drawn into the frenzy We've got to stop putting our happiness on hold until "later on" after we get stuff done! If we keep living like we're just a mind and a body, sooner or later we start to feel seriously out of alignment.... We feel disconnected and lose touch with who we are. We end up feeling unhappy, resentful and in a lot of cases even sick. We've GOT to make space to nourish our souls and stop saying we can't because we've got too much to do! Or we can't because of other people in our life, or our situation. We can ALWAYS make time for the most important things. We've got to get back in touch with what's most important. Learn how to be present, peaceful and happy. Know how to nourish your soul. To connect with the love within you and value "being", not just "doing". If you have a feeling that your life is too out of alignment; or that you could be more peaceful and happy than you are, LISTEN to those whispers from your soul. They're there for a reason!

I try a few simple things to keep on top of this: -a brisk walk every day... -20 minute resistance training at home using my own body weight. This is so easy,no equipment needed -healthy food(I love veggies and salad) the added bonus to this is meal prep is easy Any tips on how you do this?
