25.01.2022 BOOTCAMP BABY FUN ON A TUESDAY Today was our last Tuesday of bootcamp for 2020. I know we all would have loved to spend our last week at the park and in the shine but it wasn’t to be this year. Some of or boot-campers were experiencing our new rain day hall for the first time so as they settled we enjoyed singing to the wiggles. ... Harry and Teddy both found balls and together they practiced their throwing and catching skills. There was lots of giggles. It was Logan’s last bootcamp this week... like a big boy off to pre-school goes. Adorning his bootcamp baby shirt proudly. Hammy and Lewis Learnt how to play memory. They listened ever so carefully as I explained the game.... picking it up in no time and having so much fun playing together. Ace showed off his drawing skills to all the other bubs. They all then had a wonderful time experimenting as they drew on paper.We also enjoyed sticker art and of course lots of bubbles. Merry Christmas to all our Tuesday bootcamp babies. 20.01.2022 BOOTCAMP BABIES THURSDAY What a lovely, calm and beautiful sunny morning for the last Thursday of term 1 and what a fabulous term it has been! FULL of wonderful activity, big adventures, so many new faces and of course so much new baby cuteness to soak up There was excitement and curiosity as the big double decker bus arrived with all the school kids on it for cross country. Hendrix really enjoyed watching and was even seen waving as each bus went past. ... Elliot is always so happy and content at crèche just laying on the mat while taking in all his surroundings. Elliot is known for his many wonderful loud happy and oh so cute sounds. Today he showed off a new trick...we watched his concentration and determination as he rolled from his back to tummy multiple times proudly smiling each time. Augie instantly gravitated to Aidan who was visiting bootcamp today and together they had such a wonderful time spinning, swinging, playing games of hide and seek plus climbing high in the trees. The boys chatted and laughed the whole time like they had been friends forever. This has to be one of my most favourite things to watch. That ability children have to form an instant connection and friendship. They simply play and enjoy each other’s company, it’s such a beautiful thing. Daisy and i got to spend lots of time together this morning, chatting together while she enjoyed the swings and play equipment. This time was extra special as at home time I learnt that it was in fact daisy and Augie’s last crèche with us! They have grown so much since their very first bootcamp and it have been a joy to watch. We will miss you both. What a beautiful morning together having fun, mastering new skills and forming lovely new friendships. Happy Easter Thursday bootcampers. Paige and Donna x

18.01.2022 BOOTCAMP BABIES FRIDAY And..... That’s a wrap for term 1 of 2021! What a truly wonderful start to the year it has been. We welcomed so many new bubs, mums and crèche staff. Plus we started the exciting journey of getting to know each other. We’ve built beautiful connections and formed loving friendships whilst having so much fun. Today was nothing short of wonderful. We got to catch up with our old bootcamp babies who are not so little anymore . Many siblings came alo...ng to join the school holiday fun! The hour just flew by with so much catching up. The older kids talked about big school and their teachers. The sports they played and told stories of bootcamp memories. The big kid’s fondly recall the time they spent at the park. This is very special...the memories are precious and the days have flown. We LOVE watching the children grow, it’s a bonus when we get to say hi every now and then. We played hide and seek, threw leaves over our heads, made bracelets, climbed trees had races and just enjoyed each other’s company. There was a beautiful feel in the air this morning it was lovely spending time together with so many siblings present. The old bootcamp crew joined the new for a memorable last day of term one. 15.01.2022 BOOTCAMP BABY FUN ON A MONDAY We started the week with a beautiful Monday at Glenbrook. Finn, Luca, Matilda and Deagan full of energy spent the morning running, climbing, jumping, swinging and sliding. Summer, Amya and Isla enjoyed all things Crafty. We did Christmas stickers and even made a snow man out of play dough. ... Indi, Franklin and Selena really like watching the older children and with joy experimented squishing the play dough in their hands. Harley watched the workmen and digger with great excitement Charlotte spent lots of time being pushed on the swing and enjoyed it so much she didn’t want to get off! All our babies went down beautifully for their morning naps. 10.01.2022 MONDAY BOOTCAMP BABY FUN Our Monday bootcamp babies had their first visit to our new rainy day hall today. Our big kids got so creative this morning with stickers, painting and colouring! They spent the whole hour working on wonderful masterpieces and proudly showed off their works of art. ... Our babies enjoyed cuddles on the mat and interactions with our crèche staff. I Watched as Indi and Penelope passed rings to each other from the box and then stack them up to see them all fall down again. The highlight of the morning was when the mums went outside and could been seen from the window doing their exercises! Something we always say at bootcamp is mums doing her exercises she will be back soon. For our bubs to be able to see this and connect it to what we say was a very exciting moment. 08.01.2022 BOOTCAMP BABY FUN ON A FRIDAY We ended the week having a tone of fun with our big group of Friday bootcamp babies. Our boys crew ventured all around the park playing firefighters , looking for bugs, digging holes with sticks and so much more. ... Florie and Charlotte enjoyed drawing and colouring together. Chloe showed off her wonderful climbing skills and we watched the beautiful bond her and her sister lily have. They enjoyed sliding, swinging and pretend to talk on the phone together. Lily has been a big part of Chloe’s journey settling into crèche and it’s lovely to watch! Chloe’s confidence grows with the comfort of her sister by her side. Sister bonds are life long and super special . Klara had a lovely time on the play equipment with Lily and Florie. I watched with joy as her conference in forming friendships grows each week. We had the pleasure of meeting Jensen this morning. I enjoyed getting to know him as we chatted about his school and the things he likes to do. Our Bubs enjoyed time on the mat and cuddles with our crèche staff . There was lots of excitement when Charlotte pointed out a truck coming and Charlie entertained us with so many big smiles. 08.01.2022 BOOTCAMP BABY FUN ON A MONDAY! Today was our last Monday bootcamp for 2020 and what a year it’s been! We started the morning off with bubbles. They are alway a great way to settle the children into crèche and bring so much joy to everyone. Some of our big kids got very creative spending lots of their time today drawing wonderful pictures.... I watched as Finn (who is off to big school next year)....beautiful interacted with his baby brother on the mat. Playing with toys, rolling around, tickling him and giving him so many cuddles. Finn then saw Scarlett watching all the fun and handed her a toy to play with while talking to her and showing her how it worked. It’s really a beautiful thing to watch an older child be so selfless and kind to the Bubs . Good luck at big school next year Finn we are going to miss you buddy! Thursten found a puppet in our toy box today and put on a very funny puppet show. It was wonderful to see him display such confidence and character and he entertained us all. Matilda, Luca, Summer and Amya had a great time playing memory together. 08.01.2022 BOOTCAMP BABY FUN ON A THURSDAY Our last Thursday crèche for the year was a quiet one today. With only 4 little boot-campers we moved through a variety of activities, together as a group. Isabella took the lead each time by deciding what we did next. We enjoyed a lovely game of memory. Isabella picked up the rules easily and had a very lucky game .... Katie, Isabella and I completed princess puzzles together with Isabella showing such patience and kindness toward Kate. Lenny with lots of determination and great hand eye coordination was seen putting a ring from one hand to the other. He is also very close to rolling over. I watched him as he attempted this several times. Charlie enjoyed lots of tummy time playing with the toys today. He also laughed as I blew bubbles while showing me how very close he is to sitting unassisted. We had a lovely morning together Merry Christmas to all our Thursday bootcamp babies. 04.01.2022 And today marks another lap around the sun for our boot camp babies time at creche. We had a wonderful morning together. it seem to be a day of siblings with lots of matching Christmas outfits and with everyone arriving with their a brother or sister! It’s always so much fun when school is out and the big kids come to creche. We enjoyed getting creative with play dough and I left feeling very full with all the wonderful foods being made for me out of play dough. ... We enjoyed blowing bubbles which has recently become a must each session of creche. Everyone loves bubbles and they alway bring so much fun. Everyone joined in to play memory. With Kipp being the memory champion wining both games. Izaac and kipp had some big kid time on the Nintendo switch. Hammy and scarlet had me roll them balls out of play dough and created a throwing games together. And we got to venture the yard after the rain which was very exciting for everyone. 03.01.2022 Tuesday Bootcamp Babies We had a beautiful morning today! The children were excited to play and explore together. In the short hour we had together, whilst our mummies were breaking a sweat, we explored the park playground, the swings, the tall tree’s & the beautiful surroundings that the Blue Mountains has to offer.... We encouraged one another to climb, swing and go down the slippery dip. We also celebrated our small achievements with high fives, claps and stickers! Our bootcamp babies are a close knit group, looking out for another, staying close and taking in turns, happily. There is something really magical about observing children, when they are connecting, collaborating and brainstorming - It brings peace and creates unity. Until next time... 02.01.2022 I had the pleasure of meeting this darling little boy on Thursday and catching up with his awe inspiring mummy! Shaan’s journey truely represents what our bootcamp program is all about. Shaan joined us nearly 3 years ago after the birth of her first child. She thrived! Gaining strength with an attitude of body positivity, determination and true grit! The lady had serious goals to meet! Fast forward the journey continued. Shaan maintained regular exercise up until Billy’s arr...ival. As she progressed we modified extensively and prepared in the best possible way. My job was made easy by her willingness to listen (eventually ha ha). The point to be made is our bodies are extraordinary! Pregnancy is a time to nurture our body. This nurturing continues postpartum. With so much pressure to bounce back, loose weight the cliche pre pregnancy its all no longer important. The early months are for bonding ,recovery and bottling those joyous moments. You can’t get back them back! Exercise can wait!! (Said the trainer ) When the time comes physically and mentally our program will welcome you with open arms. My approach is individual, gentle, supportive and comes from genuine place of care. To all those mums out there today, tomorrow or next year, fitness journeys are just as motherhood is .......a process.....I empower you to own yours. Congratulations Shaan! Sarah x

01.01.2022 BOOTCAMP BABIES FUN ON A THURSDAY It was a hot one at park this morning for our bootcamp babies but the weather has never stopped our Thursday kids from having a full hour of non stop fun and adventure. Chloe and Lenny had miss Kate’s full attention as she tickled and talked to them trying to get a smile. ... Kate is really starting to find her words and today I heard her say flower as she showed the bubs a toy. Like always the kids got lost in their imaginative play! Today, I watched them playing make believe up at the fairy trees They were working together to make a wonderful camp fire. While Lenny slept in my arms I got to watch as our boot camp babies imaginations lead their play. I listened as they shared ideas and worked together while always staying in character. As a carer it’s always so heart warming to be able to sit on the sideline and watch the magic of little minds work. It was a lovely Thursday morning! Can’t wait to see our little people next week.
