21.01.2022 Stocked up today on delicious local honey varieties, fresh from Moss and Andrew of Raw Honey. Come try and buy some tomorrow at Cheltenham Rotary Market Victoria Cheltenham Sunday Market !! :) We were very lucky to receive some as it is running out!! Weather conditions have meant NO yield of some varieties!! Read a comment from them below from a recent fb post, one of the reasons why their honey is really worth a little more, and is so popular! ... "It's 11.05pm on Sunday night and we are on our way home, only 1 hour to go. Not even our closest friends understand how much time we spend on the road or why. Tonight we moved a load of bees. We move them so that we can target different floral sources, this is how our bees produce the many different honey varieties that we offer. We move them at night because this is when the bees are all at home in their hives. Sometimes the bees will stay on a site for a couple of months but sometimes only three weeks, it just depends on the flowering period of that variety of tree or bush. Tonight was the second apiary of four that will get relocated this week. I'd better get back to work, I'm on kangaroo watch." See more

Grind raw almonds, flaxseeds and sesame instead of flour, bind with tahini ...and an egg (or substitute), a dash of real vanilla, mild sweetness from honey(or alternative) and natural xylitol.
