Do the chips, chocolate or wine help you towards your ultimate health goals? I do not focus on the "do nots", as that will usually tend to cause a person to crave something they feel they are missing out on. Instead I "crowd out" unhealthy options with healthier alternatives.

07.01.2022 I’ve been enjoying some time out in Mandurah, and have discovered this amazing place the Tree of Life Cafe. The owner and chef, David, makes the most amazing homemade cafe food as you can see by the photos below. It has a great outdoor area for the kids to play in whilst you’re inside enjoying the beautiful decor and food within the cafe. I would rate this as one of my healthy choices to eat at.
