20.01.2022 I hope you’re keeping well and making the most of your stay-home time. I have created a new online group for term 3. For those of my students who would like to subscribe, I am asking for a $50 payment for the term. If that’s unaffordable due to recently changed COVID circumstances please let me know and I will ensure you don’t miss out on your yoga. Please pm me if you don’t have my banking details. If you’d like to message me once you’ve paid, I will give you the link to the term 3 group. Term 3 focus is a different body part each week and yoga specifically for that area. See you soon!

I am venturing into the world of Zoom and will be streaming via zoom as well as fb love for the last 3 weeks of term. If you’re enrolled for this term’s online yoga you can choose the medium of zoom or fb live to watch your class. If you’re a student of mine but not enrolled for this term, you can sign up for these 3 zoom classes for $30. Classes at Wednesdays 9.30am. Message me for more details.

01.01.2022 Just to clarify, term 3 will run from 22nd July to 2nd September with one class a week at 9.30am each Wednesday morning. You can watch the class live or at any time that’s convenient to you. Classes will stay up on the term 3 group page indefinitely so you can re-watch them at any time
