20.01.2022 Multiple Birth Awareness Week 2015 is acknowledging the teams that are involved in helping to raise twins, triplets or more and showing how, by working together, we can help families to thrive, not just survive. Making AMBA part of their team can produce real benefits to the mental health and coping skills of parents. Many people are unaware of the mental health benefits of joining a support group; support groups can be a great place to access a community, find services, practical tips, resources and social events with like-minded people. 09.01.2022 As we grow older we lose muscle strength and sense of balance and this can lead to a fall. The more active we remain, the better the chance of keeping our muscles strong, our joints mobile and maintaining our sense of balance. If you or someone you know is interested in a gentle walking/exercising group to maintain or improve your health, please contact Kim Lim on 0488 181 373 or email [email protected]
