You are equally powerful ,beautiful and doing best for your bub. Infact, i would encourage all near and dear ones of newly turned mum to support her feeding choice because we dont know what could be mum’s reason to give up on breastfeeding - few ...if examples could be ignorance, stress, poor support from family, health issues or baby is not latching properly and that results in mothers find it difficult to produce enough milk. BUT good news is that if women choose to breastfeed these all barriers or factors could overcome with great support, assistance and guidance. For ex-If you feel you’re not producing enough milk, it could be because of one of the following three reasons: the baby is not latched to the nipples properly, the baby is unable to remove sufficient milk with each feeding or the frequency of breastfeeding is not right. A doctor or healthcare professional will be able to guide you through all three of these to make sure you’re producing enough milk. This apart, diet, rest and exercise during the breastfeeding months is also very important. Best dietary practicrs when you are breastfeeding:- - include a balanced balanced diet comprising of all food groups - Do not fast or starve or take any crash diet course or carb blockers or fat burners or meal replacements. You can have additional supplibut only if prescribes by medical professional - great blend of saturated and unsaturated fat foods in moderation - Best to have- Whole grains like oats and barley, carom (ajwain) seeds, zeera water, dark green leafy vegetables, garlic, fenugreek seeds, chickpeas, ginger, papaya, nuts, and seeds."
