23.01.2022 Hey guys Only 4 appointments left before I go on leave for 5 weeks from December 19. today 1.30pm and 3pm... tomorrow 3pm next Thursday 12th 12pm If you need it please use the book now button to take you straight to the booking system. I am not back working until Jan 28 so its a long break in between your sessions, be sure to utilise these available spots. 15.01.2022 Hi guys I am back from holidays and taking bookings, this week is fully booked and next week I only have 2 spots left. I also return to teaching this week, reducing availability to 3 days for the majority of this year. ... Even if you feel good, for recovery, to avoid injury and desperately seeking a session because you left it to long, keep up with your regular maintenance appointments, you wont want to seek treatment from a sub standard practitioner who only spot treats . For those of you who have flexibility with work hours and rosters, please utilise day time appointments so those who work office hours can be accommodated in the evenings. Have a great 2020 everyone. 09.01.2022 Are you over training? Overstimulation, or extended exertion of cortisol, continues to elevate blood sugar levels, causing the storage and accumulation within fat cells. It also suppresses the immune system, slows down bone mineralization, leading to Osteoporosis and induces the release of potassium out from cells to the blood, which leads to high-blood potassium levels (hyperkalemia)... A close friend of mine at the age of ONLY 40 passed away of a heart attack while training 10 years ago. (This is one of the main reasons why I got into massage, I wanted to help people and to make sure they kept their bodies in top form, the benefits that massage provides to our immune system, organs, muscles, skeletal and nervous system are huge, its not just about having a rub down like most people think!) He looked like a fit man on the outside, he was a personal trainer, ran marathons and competed in triathlons.. the amount of stress this caused internally........ Make sure you allow your body to recover and MAKE the time to recover. Its not hard. Foam rolling is great and has its benefits but it is COMPLETELY different to having an actual massage (as described above)

08.01.2022 I hope you are all doing well! Thought it was time for an update. First of all, a BIG shout out to those who have been in touch, reached out, checked in and come in, you truly are amazing and selfless human beings. Sole traders and small businesses are doing it tough right now as are those that have lost jobs. Your support means a lot and it does minimise the impact that COVID 19 Is having. Remember, you dont need a reason to have a massage... Online bookings have been reinstated. Unless you are sick, please commit to your bookings. Extra cleaning, disinfecting and sanatising is in place so please arrive on time for your appointment, this extra cleaning time is needed/required between clients. Hygiene is more important than ever. Hand sanitiser is available and if you are not coming directly from work (office) please shower before your appointment. Kyle

02.01.2022 GOLD Proud moment!! Well done Duy!! Massive shout out to this amazing human being, 20 years young and he took out the gold medal in his class at the recent WA Power Lifting Competition!! I feel honoured to have been a part of your journey and privileged that you trusted me to help you achieve your goals.... A couple of tweaking sessions to iron out the issues he had gave him better mobility which resulted in more strength allowing for improved performance resulting in the win he so deserved. Never underestimate the power of the human hand and it’s ability to manipulate soft tissues. (something a foam roller and stretching alone will never be able to do) Roll on the next comp in Jan!! Top tips for looking after your body: Train smart not hard Drink plenty of water (30mls per kg of body weight) Have COMPLETE rest days And the most important, REGULAR ONGOING massages to promote recovery!

01.01.2022 This is so true! I think about EVERY single client and continuously research your activities and injuries to maximise the effectiveness of each clients treatment plan. Please dont let your treatment plan lapse, this will only make it more difficult to keep your body in top form! And your session will only be more uncomfortable and this is not what I want for you all.
