12.01.2022 Just thought I would write a bit about whats been happening with me and my decision to make myself a better person. I have always struggled with the ups and downs of dieting and eating right. I have had success and have failed. One thing I have realised is that the sugar craving is the hardest to beat. A few years back I had a back injury and had to take some pretty strong medications to just get around, after some time and alot of hydrotherapy I wanted something more, someth...ing that was going to make me feel fitter, healthier and what I could incorporate into my busy lifestyle. I started out on a program that in only 3 days had made me feel happier and lighter, I did a whole 30 day program and got amazing results. Yes, I had done that on other programs but with those I got weight loss and not much more. With this I was losing weight, my hair and skin felt and looked better, I was having more restful sleep, no needs for naps, to be really honest I was glowing. I decided to continue and kept losing weight, ridding me body of toxins and having so many other changes in my personal health it was amazing. You may be thinking Im doing a sales pitch here but for those that really know me, you would know thats not what Im about. I want to help you, help you feel great about yourself, wanting to be active, glowing and being the wonderful you, you deserve to be. If I havent spoken to you yet about this program then take a chance, what do you honestly have to lose, stop the horrible thoughts and things we say to ourselves.....I know I have been there.
