This means that it's almost impossible for them to be stored as fat because most of their calories are burned off in the digestion process... 17.01.2022 Proud of Rob today, working at a park he helped an elderly man, crawling on his knees who had had a fall, this man thought he'd go for a walk, cos such a lovely... day, anyway Rob checked he was ok, no broken bones etc,, asked if he could call anyone, nup, so drove him home, he lived not far away in a little block of units, neighbour arrived home so rob spoke to them and apparently this man doesn't get out much and on lots of meds!! 17.01.2022 Since starting my journey in 2017 and loosing 22kgs, to date I've only gained 3.1kgs! (Holiday) I dont mind this small gain, just want to loose 800gms and I'll be happier! My tips for maintaining is Still drink my 3 litres of water daily. Eat 3 x meals a day.... Cooking with no oils unless I'm out. No milk, less alcohol. Smaller portions. Choose my foods for healthier options. Weigh myself daily. I generally eat what I want. The Phatt program is a lifestyle change for the better and once you've healed your gut and removed the excess baggage it's easy to maintain.

13.01.2022 Weight gain during menopause can seem inevitable. We tend to be more tired/lethargic during menopause which can eventually lead to weight gain. The hormonal ...changes during menopause don't help either. It slows down metabolism which means we ladies need to be more careful with what we eat. Too many carbs, too little protein and too little vegetables may also lead to weight gain! This was me until I found PHATT! PM or comment if you this is you!

10.01.2022 8 SIGNS YOUR BODY IS ADDICTED TO SUGAR. You feel the need to to eat or snack all day long. You eat a lot of fruit or drink a lot of juice.... You're a coffee hound and crave sugary alcoholic drinks. You're chronically stressed out. You crave sugar during and after meals. Hunger hits you like a brick wall. 09.01.2022 I get asked everyday is the food easy to prepare. Today’s lunch prepped and frozen on the weekend and reheated today. Steamed cabbage and beef mince with a few yummy herbs and spices thrown in.... It couldn’t be easier than that

04.01.2022 Back in 2017 I was an unhappy, version of me! Struggling to do every day chores, Dragging my sorry arse out of bed for what I wondered some days! Then I found ...my Why!! I saw an add on FB about the Phatt program and yes sat on the fence, talking myself out of trying it, mainly because I had tried, failed and wasted money on other weight loss programs before! But this one had me intrigued NO SHAKES EATING REAL FOODS and you could lose up to 10-15% of your body weight in up to 30days!! WOW! Sounds too good to be true. Well it isn't! Anyway I bit the bullet and jumped off that fence!! And that's when my life changed for the better! I LOST 22KGS!! Yes sure change of lifestyle has its stumbling blocks, all good healthy eating dosent taste as good as bad fatty food eating, but it does now and I was determined, found discipline I didn't think I had, fell off the wagon but jumped back on and kept persevering! Gosh you know what I found it got easier not harder, unlike other programs and the weight fell off! And I saved money eating better and not buying crap! Well fast fwd to now, l jump out of bed, a lot happier and Jean's!! I have heaps because I can wear them comfortably now! And my wardrobes looking good! Lol. 03.01.2022 Do you hate grocery shopping? What are your tips? Here are 4 of my grocery shopping tips!... Do you write a shopping list or do you just wing it when you go shopping? I used to wing it every time and would end up buying things I didn't need or I'd over buy and end up throwing things away. Or I'd go way over budget... Now I set myself and my family up to succeed with easy to follow meal plans and shopping lists, its cut my shopping list and time in half. 1. Create a meal plan and shopping list. 2. Stick to the outside of the supermarket to shop healthier choices, avoid the middle aisle. 3. Buy what you can in bulk and freeze portion sizes so you always have healthy options readily avaliable. 4. Don't go grocery shopping when your hungry this avoids making bad choices.
