20.01.2022 Purchasing fresh ready made healthy meals are the best option if you find yourself with not enough time or energy to prepare your own sometimes. I definitely don’t recommend it for every meal but sometimes you have those days.

12.01.2022 To me bodybuilding is not only a sport but a form of art. You change your body to fit certain guidelines, or to look completely different in a form that you like better. Although I think I will probably never compete in bodybuilding federations I still would technically say I am a body builder. I train day in and day out to build different muscles. I focus on areas that need more work and I train to see differences in my body. For example to a normal person this would just look like a muscley back, but to me it looks like I need to work on my rear delts, lower lats and lower back. Remember to take progress pictures and get others opinions to help you with your training.

10.01.2022 We mixed up our training last week and both saw big differences. I tried some HIIT and Georgia tried a full heavy resistance session.
10.01.2022 BEAST MODE I have always found it easier to train certain muscle groups. For example I can easily smash triceps but struggle with biceps. I’ll destroy my shoulders for 2 hours but struggle to get motivation for chest. To overcome these obstacles I do three different things; - training with a partner - Training at different gyms/ outdoors - Mixing up my exercises/ routine... Find your motivation. 09.01.2022 New year NEW goals. This year my aim was so have tank shoulders like @thefitpharmacist_ and while I didn’t get there I did grow them like crazy. I’ve struggled this year with my diet due to a lot of intolerances like avocado banana and whey protein making my diet fairly boring. What do you guys think of getting a coach in 2019? Or is that too extreme considering I’m not planning on competing @ World Gym Coomera
08.01.2022 Pull ups. A continuous struggle for me. Weighing 69kg and a lot of that muscle being in my legs not upper body, I haven’t had the strength to do pull ups. After around 5 months of conditioning I am right on the verge of doing 0-2 full pull-ups depending on my muscle fatigue or energy. I’ve been using a 10kg resistance band to help me with reps but I’m SO CLOSE to being assistance free. The amount of time it has taken me is a good lesson for everyone to see that results take time. Don’t give up after one week, 1 month or even 3 months. Trust the process and continue to grow little by little daily. Videos will come when I’ve perfected my form for reps smash those goals and don’t give up when you don’t reach them as quickly as you wanted too.
