23.01.2022 During these Challenging Times. Have you gone out of your way to talk to someone/telephone/email/stop on your way out knock on someone's door you have not seen for a while. Smile be Happy life is good

14.01.2022 As we enter another 4 weeks into isolation isn't it a great feeling when you do venture outside almost everyone greets you with a smile and how are you . For those of us old enough it reminds us of the War Years in England and people went out of their way to see how you were and gave you a couple of eggs or some vegies out of their gardens. Not that we want those years to return but we hope the 'youngsters 'can learn something from it .

09.01.2022 How are you coping in these challenging times????? I tend to take longer walks, smile and say HI, to everybody I see keeping a safe distance. How long do you think this isolating will go for??????
