23.01.2022 I love this analogy! You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere. W...hy did you spill the coffee? "Because someone bumped into me!!!" Wrong answer. You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup. Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea. *Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.* Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled. *So we have to ask ourselves... what's in my cup?"* When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility? Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions? Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it. Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation; and kindness, gentleness and love for others. 16.01.2022 Boom When you’re a bigger size woman like me, people often like to say "Yea ... she has such a pretty face .... As if being full figured is such a disgrace. Honey, I’m cute in the face ~ and I’m thick in the waist ... I look good whether I’m in cotton, jeans or lace. I’m beautiful, vibrant, quite smart, and above all else I treat people with fairness and respect! There's more to me than my weight, I also have a heart of gold!! Yes, my clothes may be a bigger size, th...at just means I'm a bigger prize. We are not all self-conscious about our weight. So don’t think a smaller frame gives you more pull, I’m a fabulous curvy woman with a figure that's full, but I’ve ALWAYS believed that my heart is bigger than my waist - and that’s what matters most!!! So let’s lift each other up no matter what size we are... We all have feelings and should never be prejudged based on the numbers on a scale. Beauty comes from the size of your heart not the size of your jeans. selflove first !!!!

From hourly phone reminders, to water bottles with hourly drinking measurements, what method do you use to re...mind yourself to stay hydrated? Men should aim to drink 2.6 litres or ten cups of fluid each day and women should drink around 2.1 litres or 8 cups.
