13.01.2022 Beyond the commercial business value, is our passion of kind living & Kind Food to be shared with the world. *Meat-Free meals = Living Beings lives are saved = No-one was eaten or harmed just for our survival. Many times in our restaurant we meet NON Vegan/Vegetarian visitors, who came in with their families & friends. ... Often arrived unawared or unhappily. I would like to share 2 beautiful stories that happened here on Fathers day :) Yesterday, we met another family with a Vegan Father who brought his family in for a dinner (and ofcourse wife & children were non Vegan) Original,they were going to leave as soon as they arrived, because some of the kids did not want to eat V-Food. Fortunately i had a chance to greet them and encourage them to try our Thai food out. "Deliciousness is how we cook & not about the meat" I invited them to table 19. During the first 20 minutes while they were ordering and waiting for food, they looked very miserable. I even said to our staff to take notice of their faces at that point, and wait to compare them to after. Once again we were successful in putting smiles and laughters on the table right after they ate. It was very wonderful to see :) Earlier yesterday afternoon i met up with a family of 3 who were taking photo of our restaurant. so i went out to say hi. They said to me they were going to send photo to their Vegan son who is stuck in Qld at the moment and it would make him so happy if they bring him here. Ofcourse the parents & younger son whom i met was not vegan. I invited them inside to see and feel our restaurant. They were very impressed as they loved the decor & music instruments we display ,as the young son plays guitar as well. So i asked them " Would you like to come in for dinner later & maybe the young man could play a few songs for his Dad since it is Fathers day ? You are welcome to select any of my guitars to pls ? I said. A few hours later they came back in for dinner as invited. They loved all the food the ate. They used to think Vegan/Vegetarian food was not tasty. Now they have changed their preconception about plantbase food, big time ! As the a matter of fact they REALLY REALLY enjoyed their dinner so much they said they will be back again soon :) This makes our hearts glow. This gives us more inspirations to help spread the kind living with our knowledge of Thai cooking. So much that we will soon launch our THAI COOKING CLASS project !! To help bridge over the Basic cooking in our THAI Way :) which we will soon announce and take enrollments for. We are always thankful for all of everyones supports. Last Monday we discovered another amazing business called "Yab Yum Yoga". Such a wonderful serene & HEALTHY escape studio.
