15.01.2022 Clean Choc-Mint Ice Cream. (Apps available on Apple & Android) Ingredients: - 2 x small Bananas, sliced and frozen ... - 1 x handful Baby Spinach Leaves - 30-50mls Coconut Milk - 2 x Tablespoons Natvia - 3-5 drops of food grade peppermint Oil (available from your health food shop) - 2-3 Tablespoons Cacao Nibs Method: - Slice the bananas and put in a freezer proof container and freeze for minimum 2 hrs. (If frozen overnight, remove from freezer approximately 10-15mins before preparing so they soften a little) - In a blender, place spinach leaves, banana, coconut milk and Natvia. Blend in to a smooth paste. - Gradually add the peppermint oil one drop at a time and taste each time to ensure it is to your liking. - Do not add more than 5 drops to this quantity as it will be too strong. Pour into a bowl and add the Cacao Nibs and stir through. - Place back into freezer proof container and refreeze for approximately 2hrs or until set, but not hard.
