24.01.2022 With all this rain I finally found time to get into the kitchen. Homemade pizza and tomato sauce!! Toppings are roasted garlic, leek, sweet potato with mushrooms, olives and fetta. Enjoy spending time in your kitchen.. stay dry everyone. Xx

10.01.2022 How is your vegetable intake going? Seasons are changing, a time of year I love... However with the seasonal change your immune system can be challenged. Make sure you increase your veggie intake. Recommended intake is 5 serves... set a goal and aim for 5 serves of vegetables for at least 4 days a week. Then see if you can improve on this....
