21.01.2022 It has been a little while since we have come across a client following a blood type diet, although they do come up in discussion every now and then. A recent systematic review found no evidence to support this dietary intervention. We dont like to see our clients restrict foods unnecessarily so at this point in time it is not a diet we would support.

07.01.2022 Vegetarian lasagnes are one of our all time favourite recipes. There are so many variations and flavours available. They do require some extra effort, but often provide more than one meal. The leftovers freeze well making it an easy mid week meal when you are short on time. We love that this one is full of different vegetables for taste and nutritional reasons!

07.01.2022 Winter warmer desserts: Caramelised banana and fresh date pudding from Sanitarium. Enjoy...

Legumes are high in fibre and protein and very Low GI so keep you going through the morning (or the afternoon if you choose as a quick and easy lunch)!
