They tick all the boxes for me nutritionally as a snack & have no added sugar use 100% natural ingredients with no added nasties & have 5g protein per bite This flavour (acai berry) is one of my favourites but the other flavours (mocha supreme, cacao coconut, lemon chia) are equally as delicious. Ive topped mine today with @mayversfood peanut butter as Im super hungry today & craving a little more energy!

Topped it with Five:am organics Greek yoghurt, seasonal fruits & Mayvers peanut butter.. but it is so delicious I could eat it straight out of the jar! A great muesli for those who are wheat or fructose sensitive as it is wheat free & fructose friendly.

04.01.2022 Nicely Nutty Yoghurt Bites. Simple. Delicious. Nutritious. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Greek yoghurt 1 cup Table of Plenty Nicely Nutty muesli Spoon yoghurt in to muffin tins & top with muesli. Makes ~8 bites. Freeze for at least an hour.
