11.01.2022 It’s been 1 weeks since the last weight loss challenge of 2019 finished!! They did it!! Not only did they smash the 8 weeks with it being a shorter challenge but they had the most consistent high, weight loss results across everyone, that I’ve have in any challenge!! Soo good! I’m so proud of you all! Big congratulations to our winners! 4th place with the highest points for the overall difference between measurements and fitness testing went to Terry 3rd place went to Alis...on with over a 9% weight loss 2nd place went to Michelle with over a 10% . Our first place went to Cristin with over 13% weight loss losing over 12kgs in 8 weeks . A massive well done to everyone and a huge thank you for putting the effort in that you did!! Can’t wait to see how well they maintain it over the Christmas season!!

02.01.2022 KEEPING BUSINESS ALIVE!!! $10.00 a session (min 4ppl and a max of 8) Location - Grass area at the corner of Wallsend Village (Cnr Bunn Street & Tyrell Street, Wallsend) YOU MUST RSVP (to maintain group number regulation)... Such a blessed feeling knowing that all your clients want to keep training, within regulations, and head into the wonderful outdoors! I know so many people are missing their gym routines and I've been asked multiple times to start some outdoor training. I've attached different options for everyone and a group timetable to get everyone feeling good, release some endorphins and help you feel healthy throughout this time. In order to run these sessions social distancing rules will be enforced. Towel use is required during training, you will be provided with sanitiser and antibacterial wipes to maintain sanitation standards a swell as training in 4sqm spaced stations to abide by the regulations. NB. Session schedule will be updated every 3 days.
